- 2 pkt Spicy Thai Instant Egg noodle
- 450 g Pork mince
- 1 tsp Salt & grinded Black Pepper

- 4 Tbs Rice Bran oil for stir-fry the meat
- 2 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 big Red onion, chopped finely
- 2 garlic cloves, smashed
- 2 cups Shanghai Cabbage(Wombat) or some Broccoli flowerettes
- 1 cup Carrots cut into matchsticks or
- 1/2 Red Capsicums, slice thinly in tiny pieces
- 1 stalk Celery, sliced finely
- 1 . 5 Tbs Tomato Sauce
- Srirarcha hot chilli Sauce (Vietnamnese'x or Thai's brand)
- COOKING SAUCE:
- 1 tbs Indonesian sweet ABC Soy Sauce
- 1 tbs Savoury Thin Soy sauce
- 1 tbs Hoisin sauce
- 1 tbs Mirin or Sweet Rice Wine for cooking only
- 2 fresh Red chili de seeded, chopped finely
- leaf Garnished: some Parsley
- Cold drink Lemon, Lime & Bitters of Bundaberg
- Indonesian Green Tea
Instructions to make to make Chinese Ramen Egg Noodles w fried Pork & Veges ππππ₯
- SAUCE: in a small bowl put the Indonesian ABC Sweet Soy Sauce, Hoisin Sauce, and Mirin, shallots. Set aside. In a wok put 2 tbs oil over medium heat add onions for 1 1/2' then add garlic & mince pork and spread stir-fry and cook breaking it up with the wooden spoon until the meat change colour from pink to light brown, then add salt, black pepper and the sauce and cook for 2'-3' turn and mix well, cook until well caramelized.Turn the heat on high. When is the meat is golden brown then turn off.
- To soften the noodles: in a pot put half full with water and place 2 packets of Spicy Thai noodles, the spicy which is in a small plastic bag & the chicken stocks. Boil for about 3' until just cook al dente (dont overcook). Remove, drain on a colander.
- In a wok put 3 tbs oil, add onions, garlic then Shanghai cabbage, add red/green capsicums, carrots, celery, tomatoes and mix. Add 1 tbs thin Savoury Soya sauce and toss for 3'-4'.
- Then put back the half cooked noodles and the cooked Pork, season to taste, lastly add 2 tsp Sesame oil and toss well.
- Transfer to individual plates: put parsley leaf on top as garnish. To serve with Srirarcha hot chili sauce and with a drink, a glass of cold Lemon, Lime & Bitters of Bundaberg or a cup of Indonesian Green tea with cubed iced. πππ·π»πΈ
