- Heat 1 cup of the stock in a sauce pan, and add a small amount Grated Ginger and Garlic for extra flavour if you wish to. Add Milk (OR Soy Milk) and Sesame Oil, season with White Miso and Soy Sauce to taste.
- Prepare all the toppings. *Note: Today I added sliced ‘Nibuta’ Boiled Pork, Boiled Egg, stir-fried Black Fungus, blanched Bok Choy and Spring Onion.
- Place soup in a serving bowl, rightly cooked Ramen noodles and your favourite toppings. Sprinkle with some Toasted Sesame Seeds, and enjoy immediately.
