  3. Add the butter and oil to a hot pan and add the pork and cook for a few minutes, add the mushrooms and garlic and cook for about 5 minutes.
  4. Next cook your broccoli for a few minutes then pop under a cold tap so it keeps it's colour.
  5. Add your pasta to the pork and mushrooms with 1/2 a cup of the pasta cooking water and creme fraiche, cook for a min or 2 until hot.
  6. Add the broccoli to the pasta, season and stir. add a little more cooking water to loosen the sauce if need be. add the chilli flakes and serve.
